For the month of January’17, the Warehouse is hosting the Indian Fusion Food Festival, all day long. Chef Bhuban Nayal has created a special food menu for the event, where one can see a fusion between Indian cuisine with lots of international ones. Many people are confused on what to have while they are out dining. They are mostly confused with the cuisines to choose from, thus Warehouse came out with this new fusion menu so that patrons can enjoy different cuisines in one dish. There is a mix of modern and traditional flavors in the whole fusion special menu.
The special menu is divided into various sections which includes, soups, salad, starters, main course and dessert.
The fusion soup, Mushroom Cappuccino Creamy Parmesan Foam soup is a thick one, with lots of flavors. A good one to have in this cool weather. For starters we opted for Arabian Dahi Kebab, Paneer Tikka Tacos, and Dal Makhni Croquettes. The different flavors to expect are signified by the name itself. Dahi ke Kebab had a very strong flavor, while croquettes were really something else. Best of all were the huge tacos, that had typical paneer tikka, loaded with cheese filled inside a taco. That is, one must have item. Main course was covered up by Ratatouille Cooked By Lababdar Gravy, which was another different item to check out.
We ended the experience with fusion desserts and ordered Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake and Blueberry Cheese Cake. Both items were great to taste. Though Blueberry Cheese-cake was nothing new, Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake was way beyond imagination. The base was soft cake, topped with Rabri like cheese-cake, with half gulab jamun on top, and then repeat of the layers. Just Yum!
We had fun experimenting with food and various flavors in this special fusion food festival.
